Warranty Information
The Janome MC9850LE sewing machine comes with a warranty of 25 years from the date of original purchase against defects in materials or workmanship, excluding electrical and electronic components, which are warranted for 2 years. During the first year, defective parts are exchanged free of charge, and after that, parts are exchanged at the owner's expense for labor. This warranty is exclusive to the original purchaser and is valid only for normal household use. S&R Sewing & Vacuum Center also provides a lifetime support on all sewing machines purchased through them.
